A Day at Sadhana

Sadhana Daily Routine

The Art of Dinacharya

Living in Tune with Natural Circadian Cycles

In Ayurvedic science, a consistent daily routine (*Dinacharya*) regulates biological doshas, calms the central nervous system, and opens the gates to effortless meditative concentration. Every activity at Sadhana is intentionally scheduled to honor your body's natural energy peaks.
